Damp is the enemy of builders. This applies particularly to moisture that is permanent, i.e. waterlogging; this is the first place wood rots.
With SPAX Air, there is now a simple way of separating boards from the substructure, which allows for better ventilation. At the same time, SPAX Air ensures correct and consistent spacing between the boards and thus makes installation much easier.
